Prospective tenants must complete an online rental application through Innago. The application requires:
✔ Personal Information – Full name, date of birth, contact details, and government-issued ID.
✔ Employment & Income Verification – Employer details, pay stubs, or proof of income.
✔ Rental History – Previous landlord information and rental references.
Step 2: Background Screening

We conduct a comprehensive screening, which includes:
🔹 Criminal Background Check
We review your criminal history to ensure the safety and well-being of our tenants and the community.
Certain serious offenses may result in application denial.
🔹 Credit Check
A credit report helps assess financial responsibility, including credit score, outstanding debts, and payment history.
Poor credit does not automatically disqualify applicants, but a higher security deposit or cosigner may be required.
🔹 Eviction History
We check for past evictions as part of our risk assessment.
Prior evictions within a recent timeframe may affect approval, but explanations and proof of resolution may be considered.
Step 3: Application Review & Decision
