We conduct a comprehensive screening, which includes:

We review your criminal history to ensure the safety and well-being of our tenants and the community.
Certain serious offenses may result in application denial.
🔹 Credit Check
A credit report helps assess financial responsibility, including credit score, outstanding debts, and payment history.
Poor credit does not automatically disqualify applicants, but a higher security deposit or cosigner may be required.
